Bonnie
Lieb, Founder and President
Bonnie started The Sage Agency in 2003 and has spent the last few years
building an exciting business that provides public relations and marketing
communications services to a growing list of clients. Through an experienced
network of consultants, the agency serves both national brands like
Time Warner Cable and Marriott as well as smaller start-up businesses like
HyperOffice.
Prior to
founding Sage, Bonnie was a senior vice president in Ketchum's
Washington, D.C. office. Bonnie started the technology practice
there in 1997, and grew the business over the next five years by
adding clients
like AMS, PeopleSoft, Deloitte Consulting and SAS. She brings to
her clients
20 years of high tech, business-to-business marketing communications
and public relations experience.
She has
managed results-driven programs for leading brands including IBM,
PeopleSoft Education & Government,
Cingular Wireless, Visa U.S.A., MCI, AMS, Certainteed, DuPont,
Samsung, BEA and Novell. The work has
resulted in award-winning programs for three of these clients.
Prior to
joining Ketchum, Bonnie was director of public relations at The
Garfield Group, a high-tech marketing communications agency.
Her affiliation
with Ketchum goes beyond her position in Washington. Before
joining The Garfield Group, she spent five years at the Philadelphia
office
of Ketchum,
where she was an account supervisor working on a variety of
high-tech and business-to-business accounts.
Other highlights
in her career include corporate marketing positions with National
Software Testing Laboratories and QVC Network.
A graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pa., Bonnie
holds a bachelor's
degree in business administration with a major in marketing.

Charles
H. Dolan, Jr., Managing Director
Chuck brings extensive public affairs and government relations experience to
Sage. Recently a senior vice president at Ketchum, his clients included Cingular,
Cox Communications, Clorox, Delta Airlines, FedEx, Heinz, IBM, PeopleSoft, and
Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. He provided senior counsel to Ketchum clients worldwide
in every major practice area including corporate, health care, technology, and
food and nutrition.
He provides
strategic communications advice, organizes media events and creates
education programs. He coordinates these efforts with government relations
and communications executives and develops and manages grassroots coalitions
on international, federal, state and local issues.
He recently served as a Senior Communications consultant to the Kerry-Edwards
campaign. He was a member of the Clinton for President Exploratory Committee
and served as the state chairman of the Virginia Clinton-Gore campaigns in
1992 and 1996. He is the former executive director of the Democratic Governors'
Association, where for seven years he participated in the election and re-election
of Democratic governors in all fifty states.
He has been
a guest political analyst for the BBC, C-Span, PBS, MSNBC, Fox News
and CNN. Mr. Dolan was a founder of the Democratic Leadership Council
and continues to serve as a member of the Board of Advisors. He is
an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University School of
Media and Public Affairs. He also serves on the Executive Advisory
Committee for the Pamela Harriman Foreign Service Fellowships at the
College of William and Mary.
Mr. Dolan
served as the Vice-Chairman of the Presidentially appointed United
States Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy. The seven-member Commission
is a bipartisan panel established by the Congress to advise the President,
the Secretary of State, and the Under Secretary of State for Public
Diplomacy and Public Affairs on press and information activities of
U.S. missions abroad, and the government’s international radio
and television operations. He is currently a member of the Public Diplomacy
Council and has been a guest speaker on the topic of Public Diplomacy
at the Salzburg Seminar.
Prior to
his work with the Democratic Governors’ Association, Mr. Dolan
served as a special assistant to the American Ambassador at the U.S.
Embassy in Ireland. He also worked for three years as a Legislative
Assistant in the U.S. Congress with responsibility for Appropriations
Subcommittees on Justice, Commerce and Foreign Operations.
Mr. Dolan
received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy at the University
of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a graduate of Harvard University’s
Kennedy School of Government where he received an M.P.A. in Government
and Business.

Sinikka
Mondini, Senior Director
Sinikka also comes from the Ketchum Washington, D.C. office
where she was an account supervisor in the Corporate/Social
Marketing practice. Her
duties included managing media efforts to national, local
and trade media, the launch of PSAs, VNRs/ANRs and B-roll,
production of literature
and
materials, trade show exposure and third-party alliances
for clients
such as the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Centers
for Medicaid and Medicare
Services, Dow Chemical and The College Board, to name
a few.
Sinikka's
previous experience includes being communication manager at the
Wireless Foundation, the non-profit arm
of the Cellular
Telecommunication & Internet
Association. Her duties at the Foundation included promoting
the three core Foundation programs to national and local
media, coordinating
national media events, serving as spokesperson at local
events and serving as
liaison with congressional offices to gain Member of
Congress support of Foundation
activities.

holds a bachelor's degree in public communications and a minor in
women's studies from American
University.

Allison
Bozniak, Senior Director
Allison Bozniak has created strategic media and messaging
campaigns for a diverse range of clients. Most recently
these clients
have included the Electronic Industries Alliance,
the Internet Security
Alliance,
the Terrorism Research Center, the Romanian Radio
Broadcasting Corporation and the NASDAQ listed satellite company,
PanAmSat.
Prior to
starting her own PR company and teaming with
the Sage Agency, Allison managed a number of high-profile
accounts
through
the high-tech
PR firm, The Merritt Group, working successfully
to gain visibility for the local IT defense contractor,
CACI International.
She
also managed public relations efforts for Israeli-based
Lightscape, Inc., and the network performance firm
Visual Networks, Inc.
Prior
to
joining Merritt Group, Allison developed marketing
strategies for the cyber-security
firm, iDEFENSE in their start-up phase.
Allison's
international experience includes working for the London Sunday
Times, the World Bank's External
Affairs
Office
and the
Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office. She also
participated in a year-long
study appointment to the German Parliament where
she worked for the Green Party and researched
comparative political
systems at
the University
of Bonn.
Allison
holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Policy from Indiana University's
School
of Public
and Environmental
Affairs.

Charlotte
Pelliccia, Senior Director
In her role at Sage, Charlotte brings a range
of marketing and corporate communications
services to firms serving
the technology,
financial
services, healthcare and manufacturing industries.
Previously, Charlotte was a managing director
with
Galen Capital
Group, a merchant banking
firm dedicated to the healthcare industry.
In that position she provided corporate communications
and
public relations
services to Galen and
the firm’s clients. Before Galen, Charlotte
was senior vice president of marketing at
netDecide, a wealth management software
provider targeting large financial institutions,
where she was responsible for all public relations,
analyst relations, web site development,
collateral, events, direct mail, partner marketing,
sales support and user group programs. She
joined netDecide from FitzGerald Communications
where, as senior vice president of the Washington,
D.C. office, she
contributed to the four-fold growth of the
office and provided strategic planning, corporate
positioning and media strategy for FitzGerald’s
high-technology clients. Prior to FitzGerald,
Charlotte served as director of corporate
communications for
Manugistics, a supply
chain
management software company.
Additional
high-technology communications experience includes senior-level
roles at
Oracle Corporation
and Copithorne & Bellows
in San Francisco, servicing clients such
as Hewlett-Packard, Wells Fargo Bank, Baan,
VeriFone, Checkpoint, and NeXT Software.
Charlotte
serves on the Board of Directors for Women in Technology (WIT) and
is the
Chair of
the Communications
Committee. She
also serves on the Board of Directors
for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s
Association. She was a founding member of
the Potomac Chapter of Women in Technology
International (WITI), and an editorial board
member
of Potomac Tech Journal. She has an M.B.A.
from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s
degree with High Distinction from the University
of Virginia.
